you can run your YouTube channels from anywhere your age doesn't matter I
started my YouTube Journey when I was just 14 years old and I was making three
thousand dollars a month by the time I was 15 and over thirty thousand dollars
a month by the time
I graduated high school now if you implement the secrets
I can't guarantee you'll automatically make thirty thousand dollars a month the
first month but I am going to be showing you exactly what I did step by step now
the biggest reason that YouTube is the best business model out there is that
you do the work once and it can continue to pay you for years into the future
other businesses you can't necessarily say the same for many times you have to
constantly be doing new things within the business every single month to
continue making money whereas with YouTube you set up the systems and
processes once and think of every video that you upload as a piece of digital
real estate that lives forever on the internet that can then pay you money
every single month I still make money
every single month from videos that I
uploaded when I was just 14 years old so
I'm going to show you exactly how you
can start planting these seeds for
yourself with the four secrets that I
mentioned which are going to start with
secret number one which is how to make
money on YouTube without showing your
face and the best niches to do this in
secret number two will be to how to
actually generate that content without
showing your face and without recording
any videos whatsoever secret number
three will be the true secret for going
viral on YouTube fast I barely even
talked about this online so you're going
to get a lot of value from that and then
secret number four how to monetize your
channel and make the most amount of
money possible now I'm not gonna bore
you with my story but I'm just going to
recap it incredibly quickly I started
YouTube when I was 14 years old and by
the time I was 16 years old I was making
more money than both of my parents
combined and before I was 20 I was a
millionaire from YouTube and today I run
over a dozen different channels and I
make millions of dollars per year from
YouTube I got this gold play button
right here from YouTube for one of my
channels hitting over a million
subscribers and I've got multiple silver
play buttons for my channels hitting
over a hundred thousand subscribers now
I have a video on my personal YouTube
channel which is called make money Matt
which goes over my full story if you're
interested in seeing that but basically
to summarize it for you I absolutely
hated school I was dreading having to
then go to college for multiple years as
well and then go deep into debt for that
and then work for years to pay that off
and then buy a house with a mortgage
going to a job that I hate and then work
almost my whole life to pay off that
mortgage and then towards the end of my
life potentially have just a couple
years to enjoy a decent retirement which
who knows if that would even happen and
it seemed like my life was scripted out
for me in all honesty I didn't want any
part of it and you may have felt like
that in the passed as well was
incredibly depressed that a lot of times
had a lot of conflict between my parents
and stuff things are better now with
thankfully but at the time I was
searching for a better way and I came
across this YouTube channel that was
called top fives which uploaded videos
without ever even showing their face or
anything and I thought to myself you
know what I could make videos like this
at the time I didn't even know how they
were making money or what they were
doing but I took this crappy iPod touch
that I had at the time with a cracked
screen and I started writing scripts
recording voiceovers using that iPod
Touch editing the videos together on my
laptop which could barely even edit at
the time and uploading those videos onto
YouTube and none of them took off for a
long time until I learned a couple
Secrets which I'm going to be sharing
you within this training and eventually
after I implemented some of them I had a
video take off and get over a hundred
thousand views I made notes of exactly
what I did exactly what worked and then
kept doing that over and over again
until eventually I was getting over a
million views per month on my Channel at
just 15 and then I learned about
monetization which I'll be sharing with
you how to do that and I began making
three thousand dollars a month at 15. so
let's get into secret number one which
is how to make money on YouTube without
showing your face and the best niches
and categories and topics to do this in
so here's a very basic 30 0 foot
overview of how this works you find
video ideas you generate the videos and
then you upload and optimize those
videos on YouTube and the first step in
doing this is choosing a niche now a
niche is simply a category of content
that you upload videos in you don't want
to be uploading your videos all over the
place uploading basketball videos one
day and drone videos the next you want
to stay within a consistent category of
content that you upload in and I'm just
going to straight up share with you some
of the best niches to do this in so you
don't get hung up on this for too long
it's important that we choose a niche
and take action and go with that as soon
as possible the main best niches include
health wealth happiness relationships
travel and technology these are the best
niches on YouTube because they meet a
couple of criteria number one they have
videos going up regularly with over 100
thousand views on them which means it'll
be way easier for us to create a
thriving business out of this and also
these niches have a decent to high CPM
now CPM is how much money we make per
thousand views on our video once we get
ads going up on our Channel and we want
to make the most amount of money
possible from it and these niches meet
this criteria and that's even if you
don't get a lot of views on your channel
you can still potentially make a lot of
money and also these niches have a lot
of alternative monetization potentials
as well even though you can create a
thriving business just without Revenue
you can then add an affiliate marketing
or selling your own digital products and
make potentially 10 times that amount as
well now you might be saying Matt that's
great and all but the categories you
listed are very broad aren't there a
bunch of sub categories within those
niches as well and the answer to that is
yes and I would recommend starting
within a sub category for one of those
main categories and the reason for that
is that if you have one video take off
it'll feed all of the other videos on
your channel so all of your videos will
start to exponentially grow once you
reach a certain point and growth on
YouTube is is usually exponential so you
upload a bunch of videos usually around
30 to 60 and then after that things
really start to compound and you can
have a thriving business out of YouTube
now here's some examples of
subcategories and channels within those
subcategories that you can take a look
at so example for that broad niche of
Health we have the sub niche of gaining
muscle this is very popular on YouTube
Here's a channel called body Hub which
has over a million subscribers and the
videos they do are incredibly easy to
make they can literally just be done
using stock footage a free video editor
put together and the channel gets 3.4
million views per month now at a 10 CPM
that'd be thirty four thousand dollars
per month say they promote affiliate
product they could be making well over a
hundred thousand dollars per month from
their Channel here's another Channel
within this sub niche of gaining muscle
which got over 60 0 views and the
video is literally just a slideshow and
that can be done using something like
Google slides and then use a free screen
recorder called OBS to record your
screen and just talk about this subject
sub Niche number two within Health would
be losing weight and here's a channel
called bestie which talks about exactly
that and they have over 4 million
subscribers and then a third sub Niche
would be natural remedies and here's a
channel called natural cures which does
exactly that has millions of subscribers
now for the wealth Niche there's
multiple sub niches under that as well
and those would include make money
online investing and you can do that
very easily without even showing your
face for example my first videos on my
YouTube channel called make money mats I
never even showed my face on and I got
to the point of making twenty seven
thousand dollars per month just from
that channel alone and the make money
online Niche is very high CPM meaning
you make a lot of money per thousand
views as opposed to a lot of other
niches on YouTube and then we got
investing like this channel right here
called Chris invest and they do exactly
that and then you also have luxury like
this channel called Mr luxury and then
another option would be to do business
stories like this channel called magnets
media for happiness there's many
different routes we can go down but this
would include ancient wisdom like this
channel called philosophies for life or
you could talk about confidence like
this Channel called Charisma on command
and all the channels I'm sharing with
you they don't ever show their face they
get millions of views per month and they
likely make a lot of money from their
channels for relationships you could
talk about how to get an ex back how to
get a boyfriend or a girlfriend or how
to fix relationship problems for travel
you could do travel guides like the
channel turopia and you don't even
potentially have to travel to these
places you can find Clips online to use
in your videos you can talk about travel
ideas like the channel world according
to Briggs does this is an amazing
Channel if you're thinking about
starting a travel channel I definitely
look at it or you could talk about the
best places to live like the channel
scary Harry does and then for technology
you could talk about futuristic
technology like the channel Tech Zone
does or you could do tutorials that you
can do with a free screen recording
software just showing how to use
different applications on your computer
don't even potentially have to talk in
them like the channel Tech gumbo they do
exactly this and they get a ton of views
now all of those that I just shared with
you were the best niches to do this in
you might be saying Matt there's a
different Niche that I'm thinking about
doing could I still do that and the
answer is absolutely as long as you make
sure that there's videos going up within
that Niche regularly every month with
over a hundred thousand views and this
is easily verified by just searching on
YouTube and make sure that videos are
continually going up but I will give you
some bonus niches right here as well
that do very well on YouTube they're not
going to have as many alternative
monetization sources but you can still
potentially make a lot of AD Revenue
Within These niches and have students
succeeding in these as well and that
would include scary videos animal videos
celebrities car videos food videos and
360 videos and make sure to keep
watching because in secret number four
I'm going to reveal to you some of the
best high CPM niches to make sure you
make the most amount of money as well
and like I said if you're thinking about
doing a niche that wasn't covered here
do not worry whatsoever I have other
methods also of verifying and doing
market research to make sure something
will be feasible so you can know if
something will be worth it for example
let's say you want to make ten thousand
dollars per month within the animal
Niche I have certain tools that can
basically verify and reverse engineer to
ensure that that's a possibility now
let's get on to secret number two which
is how to generate content without
recording videos and without showing
your face and I'm going to show you
eight different methods for doing this
starting with method number one which is
stock videos and I have a huge database
of different stock video websites that
you can use but I'll share a couple with
you right now which include pixabay.com
and pexcells.com if you don't find all
the clips that you'd want to use on
these websites don't worry I've got a
huge database of a bunch more as well
and there's certain subscriptions that
you can subscribe to like storyblocks
which give you access to a ton more and
then you can edit these videos together
using a completely free video editor
like openshot shortcut or hitfilm
Express or if you're on a Mac you can
use iMovie or if you're just using your
phone you can also do this and use an
application called PowerDirector mobile
option number two is doing tutorials
just like this channel called Simon says
it you can just look up different
software online see what the most common
questions about it are and just make
videos around it recording your screen
with that free OBS software option
number three is doing slideshows just
use Google slides to create the
slideshow you can make videos just like
this one which got over 300 0 views
option number three is just showing text
on a screen at like certain quote videos
now be careful of doing this and make
sure that you expand on any quotes that
you share and give your opinion on them
give more facts about them and so forth
to ensure that it's considered what is
called fair use now I'm not a lawyer or
anything but in my understanding fair
use is a copyright principle where if
you change something enough from the
original then you're allowed to use it
so if you use any quotes or anything I
do recommend ensuring that it's fair use
and I have a complete fair use checklist
that I can give you as well option
number five is just showing stock photos
instead of videos like this video right
here which is just a scary story video
it got over 500 0 views and it's just
a stock photo in the background of the
video while talking about the scary
story option number six are whiteboard
videos just like that channel called
philosophies for life they just use a
software called video scribe to generate
these types of videos option number
seven is animated videos like this video
right here you can use something like
animaker to make videos like this and
then option number eight are mind map
videos like this channel right here
called Joseph Rodriguez he gives
different book summaries and you can
create a mind map just using a software
called xmind and then record your screen
and now here's a ninth bonus way of
creating content which is getting videos
from YouTube to use in your videos and
to do this you need to make sure that
you're following fair use principles you
have an original script on the video and
an original voiceover as well that you
can just record using your phone if
you're just beginning or eventually buy
a cheap microphone such as the fifine
k669v now I'm going to let you in on a
secret on how I'm able to run over 12
different YouTube channels and the way
that I'm able to do this is by
Outsourcing that means hiring other
people to do the work for me when I was
16 I basically had no social life
whatsoever because I was making every
single video myself making a new video
every single day and I had school as
well so I basically had no time to hang
out with my friends or anything and I
knew things had to change and I found a
website called up work.com where I
figured out you could hire people to
make these videos for you so I did that
freed up all my time and then eventually
started more channels in different
niches just by Outsourcing and at the
end of this free training I'm going to
show you step-by-step instructions on
exactly how to grow your team which
includes where to hire people from how
much to pay people job posts script
templates and how easy it is to actually
manage your team if you use certain
tools there's a way to manage this very
easily to the point where you can
literally only spend an hour or two a
day like I currently do and run over a
dozen different channels and now there's
many more ways of generating content as
well if you did for example want to show
your face for example I made my YouTube
channel called make money mad grew to
nearly half a million subscribers and I
do show my face and I use the exact
information on how to grow all my
channels for this channel as well and it
works perfectly for all types of YouTube
channels and I'll show you how to get
access to lists of all the equipment I
use for recording videos as well now
let's get on to secret number three
which is the true secret for how how to
go viral on YouTube and this secret is
called similar metadata now metadata is
simply what tells YouTube what your
videos are about this includes your
title description and tags and when you
first create a channel and start
uploading videos on YouTube YouTube has
no idea what your content is about so
they're just going to start testing it
at a very small amount giving
Impressions to your videos to a
randomized sample of YouTube users and
this is not what you want to happen
because they're going to show to the
wrong people and it could potentially
take months if not years for your
channel to gain traction and where
everybody goes wrong with doing this
they might put a title on their video
they might put a description in tags is
they make every video on their Channel
drastically different from each other
and this isn't just a missed opportunity
from doing this their channel is
literally leaking views the secret to
doing this correctly is you have a group
of tags and keywords that you use on
every single video on your channel and
this puts viewers into what I like to
call suggested video feedback loops this
is where they watch one video on your
channel and the first video that pops up
in the suggested feed is another one of
your videos and you may have seen if
you've watched my channel before that
that very often it's going to be another
one of my videos.
in the suggested feed
so people watch one video they're very
likely to watch another and another
going in these loops and this is one of
the most powerful things for the YouTube
algorithm and it's called session time
it's how long somebody spends on YouTube
itself and if you can keep them on your
videos it just pushes it even further
and then all you have to do to grow very
quickly is get a tiny bit of search
traffic which can easily be done using
certain keyword tools which I'm going to
show you how to use and you make videos
on keywords that have a high amount of
search volume a low amount of
competition gain a tiny bit of search
traction and then your similar metadata
kicks in with all your videos suggesting
each other and then your videos will get
pushed to other videos suggested video
feeds and that is how you exponentially
grow to millions of views in a very
short period of time and it's not to say
that every video should have the same
exact title description and tags but
make sure you have a set group of tags
and keywords that you use on every
single video and to use that certain
keyword tool in order to ensure you're
doing it correctly and another secret
for going viral on YouTube incredibly
quickly is to just not guess see a lot
of people think that the only way to go
viral on YouTube is to do something that
nobody's ever done before and that's the
only way to do it and that could not be
further from the truth in fact I'm going
to share with you something that might
sound incredibly controversial but it's
actually the truth which is that
competition on YouTube honestly doesn't
matter that much and that's because
saturation up to a certain point can
actually be an incredibly beneficial
thing on YouTube because think about it
if there's tons of videos on YouTube
within a certain category that means
there's a ton of different opportunities
for your videos to get in the suggested
video feed of those videos and siphon
off a ton of views and every video on
YouTube by proxy feeds other videos
throughout that suggested video feed
which is one of the Holy Grails of of
YouTube views and also you have to ask
yourself how many people are really
doing YouTube correctly either how many
of them have an actual strategy in place
and how many are just guessing the
number gets smaller and smaller and
everybody talks about too much
competition but what they always fail to
account for is that viewership is also
growing accordingly so there's more
viewers on YouTube than ever before as
well so now is the best time to get
started on YouTube and as long as you
generate videos that are just as good as
what's working on YouTube at the time
then you can still succeed and when I
tell you not to guess it doesn't mean
that you can't leave some room open for
experimentation and seeing if something
will work in fact I personally leave
about 10 percent of my content strategy
up for experimentation on something that
might work it might not but it's just a
guess but ninety percent of my content
strategy is recreating what has worked
in the past in a better way so you take
the best aspects from the top videos
within a certain subject and make them
better now you might be saying what
videos should I actually make well
here's how to find unlimited video ideas
that will actually get views it's in
incredibly simple and all I do is I get
half my video ideas from already popular
videos and the remaining half from
keyword research so for popular videos
you just search videos on YouTube within
your Niche filter by views uploaded in
the past six months and recreate videos
that have gotten at least over a hundred
thousand views and then for keyword
research you can use certain tools to
plug in your Niche and it'll give you
the best ideas to do now let's get into
secret number four which is monetizing
and making money doing this now there's
four great ways of monetizing on YouTube
in two bad ways now let's talk about the
two bad ways which include doing
merchandise and then also doing
memberships on your channel I recommend
staying away from that because the
amount of money you make per sale is
very low and you have to be getting
Millions upon millions of views to make
that feasible let's talk about even if
you get a small amount of views how you
can still make a ton of money and let's
start with method number one which is
always great for every single channel to
have which is AD Revenue once you get
four thousand hours of watch time and a
thousand subscribers you can join What's
called the YouTube Partner program
program and don't worry you can achieve
this incredibly fast I have tons of
students who do this incredibly quickly
and AD Revenue involves something called
CPM which is how much money you make per
thousand views and some channels only
get a one dollar CPM and others get
upwards of fifty dollars so how can you
make the most amount possible from your
Channel with ad Revenue well that just
involves creating videos on topics and
in a niche that's very high CPM and
here's a list right here on the screen
if you want to pause it of all of the
highest CPM niches on YouTube that make
ten dollars plus per thousand views if
not way more some like the make money
online Niche make upwards of 20 to 30
dollars per thousand views also another
trick to make as much money as possible
is to create videos that are longer than
eight minutes most of my videos are
between 8 and 12 minutes by the way and
that's because then you can place
multiple ads throughout your video and
make multiple times more money from your
video so let's say you have a stream of
income coming in from ads that's awesome
let's get into the Second Great method
of monetizing which is digital products
these can be things like online courses
or ebooks or software and you can sell
them very easily using a platform like
kajabi the reason online courses are so
great to sell from YouTube is because of
course is just a collection of videos
just upload videos teaching something in
a step-by-step Manner and people will
pay a lot of money for this information
because it can be very valuable to them
now you might be saying Matt doesn't it
take a ton of effort and energy in order
to create an online course and the
answer is yes it does but it can be very
worth it but if you don't have
specialized knowledge and something to
teach it then you can go and do method
number three for monetizing which is
affiliate marketing there's websites
like digistore24.com and clickbank.com
where you can partner with people who've
already made courses and then get
upwards of 50 of every sale that you get
promoting somebody else's program all
you do is go to digistore24 go to their
Marketplace section choose your Niche
and then find products that are within
that Niche I recommend making sure that
it's being sold for at least 500 to 1000
dollars because if you get 50 of a sale
for a thousand dollars you just made 500
get 20 of those per month boom you're
making ten thousand dollars per month
it's very easy to get a channel to
getting hundreds of thousands of views
per month so this is more than
achievable and then all you have to do
is mention the product within your video
after you've given them a ton of value
to make sure your video still does good
in the algorithm then you mention the
product have it be one of the first
links in the description people will
click and buy through that and boom you
just made money and Method number four
of monetizing is another great bonus way
to make a ton of money which is
sponsorships once your channel grows big
enough usually a couple thousand
subscribers and getting a decent amount
of views companies will start to reach
out and ask if they can sponsor your
videos you can agree to the terms I have
a whole template of exactly how much to
charge based off how many views you're
getting you just shoot back to them with
your price you get paid and you just
mention the product within your video
now I've had a lot of students make a
lot of money with all these different
methods for example Dan right here makes
eight thousand dollars per month from ad
Revenue Ali right here makes nine
thousand dollars per month from adorable
new Christopher has made over a hundred
forty thousand dollars just since
October and I recently did an interview
with another student of mine who's
making over thirty thousand dollars per
month from ad Revenue which is how much
I make per month from ad revenue for my
channels as well and another student
doing over five thousand dollars per
month now for digital products I've had
tons of students who've created an
online course and sold it from their
Channel like one of my students David
who's able to make over a hundred
thousand dollars without even showing
his face on his channel and another one
of my students Ken who is able to make
over a hundred thousand dollars in just
a couple months now for affiliate
marketing my student Corey right here
makes over ten thousand dollars per
month just doing affiliate marketing
from his small YouTube channel one of my
students Matthew was able to make over a
hundred dollars which doesn't sound like
a lot until you hear that it was his
second day of starting a new YouTube
channel by actually promoting my course
